I started this project to stretch my legs in zBrush again after having some time off from stylised sculpting, and I really wanted tackling something by handpainting it.
Sculpted in zBrush, with some heavy abuse of the ClipCurve and MAHpolish brushes.
Retopology and UV's done in Blender.
Textured in Substance Painter, using the Shaddi Safadi brush pack. I could have just done this in Affinity as I was just painting in 2D mode for the most part.
Presented in Marmoset Toolbag 5 - 2K Texture.
